About the role
The floor specialist supervisor oversees the daily activities of the floor care team to ensure all flooring surfaces – including carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, and specialty surfaces – are clean, maintained, and restored to resort standards. This role provides hands-on support, schedules and trains team members, monitors quality, and ensures all equipment and chemicals are used safely and effectively.
Responsibilities

Requirements

- Work in collaboration with other Team Members to achieve event goals, exemplify teamwork.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years or more of professional floor care experience; 1 year of more of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Experience with commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, or retail environments is a plus.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Frequently stand, walk, use hands, to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear. Must be able to use hand-held communications devices. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Stand for several hours.
- Work Environment: Loud noise, second-hand smoke-filled environment, exposure to biohazardous fluids such as blood and other body fluids, hostile environments with guests, high stress environments.
