H&M Sales Advisor - Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach

As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell products while offering support and fashion guidance. You'll use your product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and contribute to store operations, including garment care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming, guiding, and assisting customers throughout their in-store and OMNI experience.
• Engage with customers to offer personalized service, share fashion trends, and promote products.
• Actively sell products and promote the H&M Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets as part of the store management team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, products, competitors, and influencers to share relevant information with customers.
• Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues and participate in feedback sessions.
• Follow all store procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and development programs relevant to your role.
• Complete the full garment cycle, including unpacking, refilling, steaming, and ensuring proper garment care.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained through replenishment routines.
• Follow best practices for in-store OMNI services and tech tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and legal requirements applicable to the role.

Pay

Sales Advisors are paid an hourly rate of $13.50.
