Gynecology Physician

Role: Full-time Gynecologist focused solely on women's health, providing comprehensive and compassionate care in a state-of-the-art setting across multiple locations. Responsibilities Perform full GYN exams, diagnostic tests, and minimally invasive procedures such as pap smears, IUD insertions/removals, colposcopies, and biopsies.Develop and manage treatment plans, prescribe therapies, and counsel patients on health and wellness.Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.Maintain accurate medical records, safeguard patient confidentiality, and handle billing and insurance documentation.Lead practice quality initiatives, provide staff mentoring, and foster a safe, compliant work environment. Qualifications & Skills U.S. OBGYN Residency completed and ABOG Certified or Eligible.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in medical and administrative procedures.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively within a team. Additional Details: No night or after-hours calls, with a balanced schedule ensuring a 40-hour workweek. Practice hours are weekdays and weekends, with a focus on work-life balance and reduced burnout. Responsibilities also include leadership, compliance, and revenue generation to support high-quality patient care.
