Requirements
- Knowledge of standard Precautions, body mechanics, and patient care procedures acquired through completion of Medical Assistant certificate program.
- Ability to communicate, interpret and respond verbally and in writing to or for patients, family members, and patient care team members.
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required within 90 days of hire.
Qualifications
- Assist with the ambulatory patient's arrival during a patient session.
- Maintain exam rooms, utility rooms, and supply carts in a clean and orderly condition.
- Support patient education and facilitate team goals and effectiveness.
- Administer medications in accordance with established guidelines.
- Perform all procedures within scope of practice and requirements of position as appropriate to the age of the patients, their growth and development.
- Telephone and Appointment scheduling.
- Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures.
Skills
- Proficiency and understanding of blood specimen procurement.
- Competency in performing all procedures within scope of practice.

Pay
Salary Range: 22.00 - 28.50 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
Schedule
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
