Gynecological Oncology Physician
About the role
A private group in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a full-time BE/BC Gynecologic Oncologist to join a busy practice. Qualified candidates should be able to also teach residents from UNLV/HCA OB/GYN residencies as well as Touro Medical School.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex and minimally invasive surgical procedures
- Participate in comprehensive cardiac services including a heart failure program
- Provide comprehensive women's and children's services including high-risk OB services and a Level-III NICU
- Manage oncology services including a full-service unit and Sarah Cannon Day Hospital
- Collaborate with Sunrise Health Medical Education Consortium to train future physicians and surgeons
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
- Fellowship trained in Gynecology Oncology
- Ability to obtain a Nevada license
- Strong surgical skills
- Interest, ability, and experience in robotic surgery and/or minimally invasive surgery
