About the role
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics at Stanford University School of Medicine seeks outstanding applicants for a full-time position in the Clinician Educator Academic Line. This role will primarily support the Stanford Perinatal Services in Salinas and the Mid-Coastal Region. The position will be at open rank (Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor) depending on experience, in the Clinician Educator Line (CE) at Stanford University.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical high-risk obstetrical care
- Perform obstetrical ultrasound
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
- Engage in administrative and/or scholarly activities appropriate to programmatic needs
Qualifications
- MD, DO, or equivalent degree
- Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Subspecialty Board certification or eligibility in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
- Demonstrated expertise in obstetrical ultrasound and clinical high-risk obstetrical care
- Proven ability in teaching
Pay
- Clinical Assistant Professor: $392,000 – $416,000
- Clinical Associate Professor: $461,000 – $485,000
- Clinical Professor: $518,000 – $539,000
This pay range reflects base pay based on faculty rank and years in rank. It does not include all components of the School of Medicine's faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs.
