Job Summary
To be successful, you will be a highly skilled, board-certified (or eligible) Gynecologic Oncologist with intensive sub-specialty training.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and stage gynecologic cancers using physical exams, biopsies, blood work, and imaging.
- Perform radical, complex, and minimally invasive/robotics gynecologic surgeries.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using chemotherapy, hormonal therapies, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
- Participate in Tumor Boards with radiation oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists for coordinated care.
- Provide long-term follow-up for recovery monitoring, recurrence screening, and survivorship care.
- Adhere to AMA medical ethics and relevant specialty board standards.
- Leverage Physician Group resources to optimize operational efficiency.
Required Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
- Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) registration;
- Board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital;
- Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution.
- DR-Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state required.
Pay
$550,000 - $580,000 /year
