Gynecologic Oncologist

About the role

We are seeking a Gynecologic Oncologist to join our team at Intermountain Health. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. The role includes working at both Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah and Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Provide care at Intermountain Medical Center and Utah Valley Hospital
• Share call responsibilities with other Gyn Oncologists in the Salt Lake Valley
• Administer chemotherapy through Medical Oncology
• Utilize Da Vinci Robot Xi and DV5 Surgical Systems
• Participate in resident and medical student teaching
• Hold academic positions and potentially engage in medical leadership and research
• Participate in NRG and GOG trials

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Fellowship training and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecologic Oncology
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license, or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
• Basic Life Support Provider Certification (BLS)

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain’s credentialing process

• Strong surgical and clinical skills
• Ability to manage a busy schedule and handle multiple responsibilities

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $7.25 - $999.99, with actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

Schedule

Typical weekly schedule includes 2 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR.
