Responsibilities
- Coach classes or teams in a positive, structured, and safe environment.
- Develop athletes through proper technique, progressions, and confidence building.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings in order to maintain consistency and growth.
- (For director-track roles) Assist with lesson planning, staff training, and program development.

- Loves working with kids of all ages and skill levels.
