Gymnastics Program Manager

Join a growing gymnastics program in Brooksville and lead with a focus on child development and confidence-building. Ideal for someone with experience in gymnastics, youth sports, early childhood education, or related fields who is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive through movement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging gymnastics classes for children of varying ages and skill levels
• Create a fun, positive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
• Build relationships with families and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming gym environment
• Support program growth through events, birthday parties, and community engagement
• Help develop coaches and maintain program quality and consistency

Requirements

• Experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, youth athletics, early childhood education, child development, or a related field
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching techniques
• Ability to connect with children and create a positive learning environment
• Strong leadership skills or a desire to grow into a leadership role
• Excellent communication, organization, and reliability
• Ability to lead active classes and lift up to 40 lbs.

Schedule

Full-time position. Must be available at least two weekday evenings and Saturdays.
