About the role

Gymkhana Gymnastics is a premier gymnastics school in Pittsburgh, offering unparalleled instruction to children. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, high-energy instructors to join our team at our four locations: Monroeville, Point Breeze, Wexford, and Bethel Park.

Responsibilities

• Coach by providing safe, individualized, progressive gymnastic instruction
• Collaborate by communicating opinions, sharing ideas, and listening to others
• Connect by treating students, parents, and colleagues with generosity and understanding

Requirements

• Care and commitment to student safety are paramount
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Demonstrate basic skills such as climbing, jumping, and rolling
• Work in non-air-conditioned areas

Qualifications

• Variety of experience levels available
• Backgrounds in theater, recreational and competitive gymnastics, dance, education, non-profit, and other fields working with children

Skills

• Positive attitude and ability to celebrate student success
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in non-AC environments

Pay

Training rate of $8-$15/hour, pay dependent on experience

Part-time & Full-time positions available, evening and weekend availability a plus
