Responsibilities

• Coach by providing safe, individualized, progressive gymnastic instruction
• Collaborate by communicating opinions, sharing ideas, and listening to others
• Connect by treating students, parents, and colleagues with generosity and understanding

Requirements

• Care and commitment to students and their safety are the most vital requirements
• The ability to lift more than 50 pounds, stand for long periods, demonstrate basic skills such as climbing, jumping, and rolling, and work in non-air-conditioned areas is essential

Qualifications

• Variety of experience levels available, from no experience to coaching expertise
• Backgrounds may include theater, recreational and competitive gymnastics, dance, education, non-profit, and other fields working with children

Skills

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Ability to work with children of various ages (6 months to 18 years)
• Flexibility with scheduling, including part-time and evening/weekend availability
