Gymnastics Instructor for children 4 months - 5 years

About the role

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week!
• Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and play like a child.
• Live to serve, making others feel good.
• Enjoy working with children who are enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.

Requirements

• Lovely personality and ability to connect with children and families.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Ability to engage and motivate children in a fun and educational setting.
• Experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful but not required.

Schedule

Hours vary by location, but typically range from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
