Gymnastics Instructor for children 4 months - 5 years

About the role

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week!
• Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and play like a child.
• Love to have fun, but know when to buckle down and do work.
• Children walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.
• Moves all day, getting your steps in and closing your activity rings.

Requirements

• Loves having fun and can play like a child.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Loves to make others feel good.
• Kids really like you, and their parents really like you too.
• Most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates.
• Confident in your ability to engage and inspire children.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a similar role preferred, but training provided.

Schedule

Hours vary by location, typically ranging from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
