Gymnastics Instructor / Coach

About the role

The Little Gym of Fort Worth Southwest is seeking a full-time, salaried instructor to join our dynamic team. This position includes weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes, birthday parties, and camps based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Treat members like family.

Requirements

• Total openness to spending time with kids all day.
• Loving to give high 5’s.
• Experience in child development, physical education, musical theater, or gymnastics is helpful.
• Able to make others feel good and enjoy working with kids.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle both fun and work responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with children aged 4 months to 12 years.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and energetic personality.
