Gymnastics Instructor/Coach

Responsibilities

- Follow the designated rotation schedule and curricula. - Complete all administrative duties such as verifying attendance, completing safety checks, following lesson plans, and updating progress reports of your students. - Be prepared to make a positive impact on your students and colleagues. - Maintain a high Student Retention rate. - Engage fully in each class, focusing on your students. - Assist in setting, maintaining, and enforcing standard attire policies for the program(s).

Requirements

- Experience working with children aged 5 and older. - Previous or current gymnastics experience or experience in a similar sport is preferred. - Availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during normal business hours, with open availability preferred.

Qualifications

- Patience and passion for working with children in youth sports. - Friendly, upbeat, and approachable personality. - Willingness to enhance knowledge about the program(s) and learn coaching techniques. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
