Gymnastics Instructor

About the role

The Little Gym is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for teaching physical skills, promoting teamwork, and hosting memorable birthday party experiences.

Responsibilities

• Teach physical skills and promote teamwork
• Host memorable birthday party experiences
• Work with children aged 4 months through 12 years
• Engage in movement-based learning and imaginative play
• Nurture happy, confident kids through various programs
• Participate in parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, and sports prep
• Contribute to the growth and development of children worldwide

Requirements

• Background in theater, dance, gymnastics, or any other sport is a plus
• Willingness to have fun and enjoy working with children
• Outgoing personality and ability to interact with children
• Positive attitude and commitment to fostering a positive environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate children
• Knowledge of child development stages
