Gymnastics Instructor

About the role

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
• Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and play like a child.
• Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Enjoy working with children who are enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Build strong relationships with both children and parents.

Requirements

• Lovely personality and ability to connect with children and families.
• Ability to lead and inspire children to achieve their best.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to new situations.
• Experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Passionate about early childhood education and development.

Skills

Schedule

Hours vary by location, but typically range from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
