About the role

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!). Provide an outstanding customer service experience. Keep our gym and lobby area clean and disinfected.

Responsibilities

• Party like a Rockstar and hang ‘late night’ with awesome kids while their parents get some adult time.
• Love celebrating kids' success and be open to being a goofball.
• Make others feel good and enjoy serving them.
• Build relationships with kids and their families, knowing these relationships last a lifetime.
• Motivate kids to be more confident after their classes.
• Engage in activities that move you all day long.

Qualifications

• Open to being a goofball and love celebrating kids' success.
• Have a background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance (helpful).
• Live to serve and make others feel good.
• Be voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates.
• Love to have fun but also know when to focus on work.
• Get excited to wake up and go to work every morning, knowing you're making a difference.
