Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience, treating members like family.
• Ensure the gym and lobby area are kept clean and disinfected at all times.
• Host parties for kids while their parents enjoy 'adult time', celebrating kid's success.
• Be open to being a goofball and love celebrating kids' successes.
• Live to serve and make others feel good.
• Build positive relationships with kids and their families, knowing these relationships can last a lifetime.
• Maintain a fun yet focused attitude, moving around all day long.

Requirements

• Totally open to being a goofball and love celebrating kid's success.
• A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is helpful.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.
• Kids walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in.
• You could get paid to fold t-shirts or act like a dinosaur, the choice is yours.

Qualifications

We are looking for fun, outgoing, talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference in their community. No prior experience is required, but a background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is helpful.
