Gymnastics Instructor

About the role

We're looking for a full-time instructor to join our team. Our ideal candidate works approximately 25–30 hours per week, with a mix of morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend classes available. We also welcome applicants interested in weekend-only hours.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within our unique learning environment.
• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating our members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week!

Requirements

• Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child.
• Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• Were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• Love to have fun, but know when to buckle down and do work.

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.

Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children.
