About the Role

If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active in your job while having a ton of fun, you may be the person we are looking for! Introduce children to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day—every week.

Qualifications

• You love having fun, giving high-fives, and playing like a child (a background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful).
• You live to serve—making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids and their parents genuinely like you.
• You’re naturally upbeat and were likely voted "most likely to be in a good mood" by your high school classmates.
• You enjoy fun but know when to focus and get work done.

About the Company

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs use movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and birthday parties.
