About the Role

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day—every week!

Qualifications

• You love having fun, like giving high fives, and can play like a child! (A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.)
• You live to serve—making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, and their parents really like you too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.

About The Little Gym: The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.

This position is with Somersault Operating, a franchisee of The Little Gym with 30 locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA). Multiple new locations are scheduled to open in the coming years.
