Responsibilities
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family.
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class.
- Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day—every week!
Qualifications
- You love having fun, giving high-fives, and playing like a child (a background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful).
- You live to serve—making others feel good makes you feel good.
- Kids and their parents really like you.
- You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
- You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and work.

Pay
$17.50 - $19.50 per hour
About Us
The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs offer a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
Somersault Operating currently has 30 The Little Gym locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA), with multiple new locations opening in the coming years.
All locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees. Your application will go directly to Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by their management.
