About the Role

If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active in your job while having a ton of fun, you may be the person we are looking for! Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day—every week!

Qualifications

• You love having fun, like giving high fives, and can play like a child! (A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful but not required.)
• You live to serve—making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, and their parents do too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and work.

About Us

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.

Once you become part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children globally. This location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (Somersault Operating), which has 30 locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA). With multiple new locations opening in the coming years, you’ll have the opportunity to help us grow!
