About the Role

If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active in your job while having a ton of fun, you may be the person we are looking for! Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day—every week.

Qualifications

• You love having fun, like giving high fives, and can play like a child! (A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful but not required.)
• You live to serve—making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, and their parents do too.
• You enjoy being active and maintaining a positive attitude.

About The Little Gym

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs offer a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. For 50 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.

Somersault Operating, the franchise owner, has 30 The Little Gym locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA) and is expanding with new locations in the coming years.
