About the role

We are looking for someone to work evenings with our PreK and Grade School kids, introducing them to the serious fun of education and play within our unique learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day—every week.
• Engage in active, playful work—expect to move, give high-fives, and even act like a dinosaur.

Qualifications

• Love for having fun, playing like a child, and giving high-fives.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service skills—making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Ability to connect with both kids and their parents.
• Naturally upbeat, positive, and energetic—voted "most likely to be in a good mood" by peers.
• Balance fun with professionalism—know when to buckle down and get work done.
