The Swift Creek Family YMCA is seeking part-time, responsible individuals to oversee gymnasium services and activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall gymnasium services, including special projects as assigned
• Maintain gymnasium facilities and perform routine maintenance
• Manage inventory of equipment
• Set up and break down events
• Maintain surveillance during games, activities, and member participation
• Facilitate seating and set-up for gym rentals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members and staff

Requirements

• Service-oriented with a “member-first” attitude
• Able to recognize and respond to unsafe situations
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Proficient in using computers, telephones, and related business equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
