Responsibilities

• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members
• Coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts
• Lead a team and drive results through motivation and fun
• Take on some club operations tasks [running reports, cleaning, etc.]
• Create an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Friendly, outgoing, and warm
• Genuine and honest
• Available to work flexible hours [mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends]
• Tech-savvy
• Self-motivated
• Good at managing time and schedules
