GxP Maintenance Technician III - 2nd Shift
About the role
Responsible for completing work requests, maintenance projects, and operational assignments with minimal supervision. Escort vendor and ensure compliance with standard operations procedures (SOP). Be proficient in the operation of the automation systems (BMS Metasys), and understand the sequences required for proper building operations. Responsible for system monitoring and alarm responses. Effectively work with cross departmental stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives Apply GEP (Good Engineering Practice) to trouble shoot facility, equipment or system issues. On call responsibilities will be required on a rotating basis to cover for any off-hour emergencies. Maintain proper housekeeping practices, safe and clean work environment Comply with OSHA Safety Policies, regulations, and site procedures. Ensure 100% compliance with assigned training curriculum. Provide leadership on routine and non-routine maintenance activities. Execute root-cause analysis and make recommendations. Execute real-time monitoring of critical utilities equipment, that include WFI and RO systems– recognizing/identifying trends and other systemic issues. Continuous monitoring of PH system and Biokill system, assist in execution of PMs and calibration in the CMMS. Adhere to GMP - ensures that work order logs and documentation is completed with accurate information following GMP. Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Manufacturing, Quality.

- Maintain system monitoring and respond to alarms.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve objectives.
- Apply Good Engineering Practice (GEP) to troubleshoot facility, equipment, or system issues.
- On-call responsibilities for off-hour emergencies.
- Maintain housekeeping practices and ensure safety.
- Comply with OSHA policies, regulations, and site procedures.
- Ensure 100% compliance with assigned training curriculum.
- Lead routine and non-routine maintenance activities.
- Execute root-cause analysis and make recommendations.
- Monitor critical utilities equipment, identify trends, and address systemic issues.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of PH and Biokill systems, execute PMs, and calibrate in CMMS.
- Adhere to GMP guidelines for work order logs and documentation.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use power and hand tools.
- Read system and engineering drawings (P&IDs).
Qualifications
- Energetic, positive attitude.
- Hands-on experience with electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment maintenance and operations.
- Experience with operating BMS and CMMS.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment, general GxP, and applicable regulations including OSHA.
- Experience with Job Hazard Analysis and Lock Out Tag Out.
- Physical abilities: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, climbing steps and ladders.

- Knowledge of facility-related engineering disciplines (MEP) in GMP manufacturing environments.

The compensation range for this role is $36.55 - $43.00 per hour.
