Gutter Installer

About the role

This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We're looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair seamless gutters, gutter guards, specialty gutters, and related products
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Take on as much work as desired and earn a generous commission
• Participate in the comprehensive Skills Ladder training program to advance your career

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
• Attitude: Positive and team-oriented
• Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Commitment: Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company
• Bonus: Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus!

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience

Compensation

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
