Gutter Installer
About the role
An installer will work and train under the supervision of our current Production Manager (PM). The role of an installer includes but is not limited to customer service, installation, site cleaning, and truck inventory.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Production Manager
- Install LeafGuard gutter systems
- Clean sites after installation
- Manage truck inventory
- Ensure all installations are completed on time
- Take necessary safety precautions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
- Comply with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations
- Perform duties with a safety-first mindset
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years' experience in the construction field
- Experience in roofing, siding, or gutter work is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to improving services
- Comfortable working in inclement weather
- Able to stand, lift up to 75 lbs., and perform tasks requiring bending and climbing up to 40 feet
