About the role

This entry‑level position is for a member of our gutter cleaning crews. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining gutters, installing guards, and providing a great customer experience. The role offers training and the opportunity to progress to an installation crew.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential gutters.
• Install gutter guards.
• Deliver a 5‑star customer experience from initial contact through follow‑up.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age.

Qualifications & Skills

• Positive attitude and desire to grow with the company.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions/seasons.
• 2 years exterior home‑improvement, carpentry, or related construction experience (optional).
• Previous gutter‑service or installation experience (a plus, not required).
• Desire to establish a positive work culture.
• Great sense of humor.
• OSHA certification and/or ladder‑safety training preferred.

Pay

Hourly pay is $20 per hour plus the opportunity for commission.
