About the role
Guthrie Medical Group is seeking a passionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to practice at the Bath, NY Clinic location.
Responsibilities
- Practice full spectrum Family Medicine, seeing patients from birth to geriatrics
- Work in an outpatient only practice alongside a collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice providers
- Build a fulfilling clinical practice within a collegial environment with supportive administration
- Enjoy standard hours of Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexible schedules considered and rotating call schedule

Requirements
- Current license to practice in New York State
- Experience in Family Medicine preferred
- Passionate about providing high-quality care in a supportive environment
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
