At Gusto, we’re working to change how small businesses thrive by taking real work off people’s plates and making it easier to run a business and take care of a team. Work environment

We’re a distributed team and trust people to do great work from home. However, most roles are tied to hub locations where in-person collaboration happens two days a week to build trust, accelerate learning, and help teams solve harder problems. When we’re in the office, it’s intentional—focused on working side by side to learn faster, make better decisions, and solve problems together.
