Gun Runner (Foamer)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not limited to those, but we should prefer those. We can include Working Conditions as part of Requirements or maybe as a separate section if we think it's substantive. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Working Conditions into Requirements or a note.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, application instructions. Also remove "Why Brunswick", "About Brunswick Boat Group", etc if they are boilerplate? They contain substantive info about company but maybe not needed? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep substantive info about the role, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay. The "Why Brunswick" and "About Brunswick Boat Group" are more company overview; could be considered substantive but maybe not required for the job posting. However they said preserve ALL substantive information; but also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Why Brunswick" and "About Brunswick Boat Group" are not boilerplate but are marketing. Might be considered substantive but could be omitted? The instruction ambiguous. Safer to keep them? But they'd create extra sections like "About Brunswick" not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into a paragraph under maybe "About the role" or as a separate section "About Brunswick". However they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we omit those extra marketing paragraphs to keep focus on job details. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we omit those paragraphs, we are losing substantive info about the company. But maybe they consider that not essential to the job posting. However they said "remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." They didn't say remove company overview. So we should keep it. But we need to fit into allowed headings. Could add a section "About Brunswick" but not in list; but they said e.g., not exhaustive. So we could add a heading "About Brunswick". However they said "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those or similar. Adding "About Brunswick" is okay.
But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's extract content:
About the role: Position Overview paragraph: "The Gun Runner (Foamer) is responsible for installing flotation foam in boats according to engineering blueprints and specifications. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to read prints, perform measurements, and operate foam application equipment safely and correctly to meet quality and buoyancy standards."
Also maybe the introductory paragraph: "Are you ready for what’s next? Come explore opportunities within Brunswick, a global marine leader committed to challenging conventions and innovating next-generation technologies that transform experiences on the water and beyond. Brunswick believes “Next Never Rests™,” and we offer a variety of exciting careers and growth opportunities within united teams defining the future of marine recreation. Innovation is the heart of Brunswick. See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Grade: 4". That's generic but could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's marketing but maybe keep as part of About the role.
We'll include that as a paragraph under About the role.
Responsibilities (Essential Functions): list each bullet.
We need to convert each line into
- ...
- ...
...
. Schedule: Not present, so omit. Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove those paragraphs. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicate sentences about benefits etc. We'll keep unique. Now produce HTML:About the role
