The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented MFG Gummy Line Operator to join our manufacturing team!
- Set up, operate, and monitor the gummy production line—including the kettle, depositor, and cooling tunnel.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and ensure all processes run smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Do
- Measure or weigh raw materials for usage following Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR).
- Operation of gummy manufacturing line including adding and mixing raw materials, ensuring proper process flow of gummy blend, and conducting in-process measurements.
- Closely monitor cooking process with emphasis on pH reading and brix measurement.
- Spread final product across drying trays and visually inspect gummies for quality acceptance.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and production room.
- Operate and maintain tray washing machine.
- Perform basic calculations including addition, subtraction, and yield percentages.
- Must be able to stand for 90% of scheduled shift and be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ensure documentation is complete and accurate including manufacturing batch records, labeling, logbooks, and raw materials.
What You’ll Bring
- A High School Diploma/Certificate; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to follow written instruction including Manufacturing batch records, Safety policies, and Quality requirements.
- Quality conscious with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in food manufacturing, nutraceutical manufacturing, or possess mechanical aptitude.
- Experience working in a team environment and providing process verification for team members.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50. The compensation offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and/or education.
