Gummi Production Supervisor (B Shift)

Working Relationships
- Reports to the Gummi Area Facilitator
- Communicates regularly with team members across multiple departments
- Meets periodically with other departmental leaders
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and coaching of team members around Core Values and company objectives
- Continuously monitor quality and safety requirements
- Ensure clarity and understanding of daily tasks and objectives
- Hold team members accountable for daily tasks and responsibilities
- Manage daily training and development of team members
- Communicate expectations and drive team members to meet daily goals
- Provide fair and consistent feedback to team members
- Complete daily reporting of team member attendance, payroll, and performance
- Effectively communicate with all departments in the plant as necessary
- Operate effectively in a lean scheduling work environment
- Collect, organize, and report daily production information
- Complete quarterly department evaluations with team members
- Support all production activities as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift with applicable breaks
- Excellent interpersonal skills—both as a team player and independently driven
- Hard worker who is a self-starter and proactive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to distinguish right from wrong
- Basic math and computer skills
- Great verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
Qualifications
Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
