The Repair Tech (Guitar) performs maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They assist in maintaining store inventory, complete warranty repairs, and contribute to a positive customer experience and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide excellent service and support.
• Service and repair guitars and other instruments.
• Maintain store-owned gear as needed.
• Complete warranty repair work and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair techniques.
• Strong customer focus, approachability, and communication skills.
