Role Overview

The Repair Tech (Guitar) is responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assisting with store inventory maintenance. The position emphasizes providing an excellent customer experience through skilled craftsmanship and quality work.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences
• Service guitars and other instruments
• Complete warranty repairs
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
