Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
• Work to increase student count and ensure each student grows and enjoys playing music
• Nurture a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect within the store
• Partner with store Lessons Leads to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs
• Aid in customer service by assisting with long-term student retention and creating a positive experience
• Communicate regularly with students and parents about their progress and goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field
• Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.)
• Proficiency in demonstrating competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching
