Pay

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr - $19.90/hr Non-Teaching Rate and up to $29.70/hr Total Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Teach music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
  • Work to increase student count ensuring each student continues to grow, develop, and enjoys playing music all while nurturing our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.
  • Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based off the needs of the community.
  • Assist with Customer service as needed, helping to build and maintain long term students by creating a great experience.
  • Impact: Store Culture & Excellence, Student & Parent Partnership.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
  • Ability to teach the instrument that they are proficient in such as Guitar or Bass.
  • Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.
