Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
• Work with store Lessons Leads to manage and retain student headcount
• Ensure each student grows, develops, and enjoys playing music
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Communicate regularly with students and parents about progress and goals
• Build strong relationships with students and families
• Provide excellent customer service as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field
• Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.)
• Proficiency in demonstrating teaching skills and abilities

Qualifications

• Passionate about music and teaching
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledgeable about Guitar Center's products and services
