Guidewire Project Manager (P&C Insurance) Tampa, FL Onsite Must Have Strong experience in Guidewire (P&C Insurance domain)Proven experience as a Project Manager (PMP preferred)Hands-on experience managing end-to-end Guidewire implementations or upgrades Key Responsibilities Lead Guidewire-based projects across multiple teams and stakeholdersDefine project scope, timelines, and resource planningDrive execution, track progress, and ensure delivery within cost and scheduleIdentify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; take ownership of resolutionWork closely with business, technical, and vendor teamsEnsure successful project closure, including documentation and lessons learned Required Experience Strong understanding of P&C insurance business processesExperience managing complex, cross-functional projectsAbility to influence stakeholders and drive decisionsExperience working in large enterprise environments Nice to Have Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenterPrior experience in insurance digital transformation projectsAdvanced degree This is a remote position.
