Solution Architecture
Define and own the overall architecture for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
Configuration Leadership
Lead and guide teams in configuring PolicyCenter modules including product model, rating forms, and workflows.
Integration Design
Architect and oversee integrations between PolicyCenter and external systems, billing, claims, third-party services.
Technical Governance
Establish coding standards, design patterns, and review processes for development teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Performance Optimization
Ensure system performance, security, and reliability through proactive design and tuning.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 12 to 15 years in IT with strong experience in insurance domain and enterprise application architecture. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of PolicyCenter configuration, Product Model Rating Engine, Forms, UI, Workflows. Strong understanding of Guidewire integration frameworks, GOSU, SOAP, REST APIs, Messaging Architecture.
- Skills: Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Certifications: Guidewire Certified Architect or equivalent preferred.
