Guidewire Developer, Senior Associate
About the role
As a Guidewire developer at PwC, you will specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform—a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. You will design, code, and test software solutions tailored to the specific needs of insurance organisations while building meaningful client connections and managing and inspiring others. You are expected to anticipate team and client needs, deliver quality work, and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Object-Oriented Programming to develop solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Maintain elevated standards in project deliverables
- Utilize Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
- Build and sustain client relationships

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience

- Experience with Spring Boot Application Development

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
