Guidewire Developer, Senior Associate
About the role
As a Guidewire developer at PwC, you will specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform—a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. You will design, code, and test software solutions tailored to the specific needs of insurance organisations while building meaningful client relationships and managing increasingly complex situations. Responsibilities
- Leverage Object-Oriented Programming to develop solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience
Skills
- Guidewire and Scrum Master Certification
- Managing projects in systems configurations within the Insurance industry
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming
- Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter
- Understanding of Guidewire cloud concepts
- Experience with GOSU, PCFs, Business Rules, Underwriting Rules
- Skilled in Guidewire Integration Framework and Cloud APIs
- Proficiency in REST Client API and SOAP APIs
- Experience with Spring Boot Application Development
- Respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others
- Use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
