Technical Skills
- Must Have: 9 - 12 years of P&C insurance experience
- Must Have: Minimum 5 years of Guidewire project delivery experience
- Must Have: Technical certification in one or more Insurance Suite module
- Must Have: Exposure to Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Enterprise Customer Communication Management, Document Generation, Digital Systems
- Nice to Have: Superior analytical skills
- Nice to Have: Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, and MS Vision
- Nice to Have: Expertly drives the successful delivery of Guidewire State rollout project
- Nice to Have: Manage overall program at a high-level including charter and project plans
- Nice to Have: Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors
- Nice to Have: Consolidated program progress and metrics
- Nice to Have: Monitor and manage finance budget, resource scope, and timeline for the entire program
- Nice to Have: Monitor control and support delivery ensuring systems Process Governance
- Nice to Have: Help resolve escalated issues, roadblocks, and conflicts
- Nice to Have: PMP Certification
- Nice to Have: AINS 21222324 Certification

- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional virtual teams
