Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to lead complex initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, reporting, risk management, and release coordination skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and executive teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of program and project management experience, with the ability to think both tactically and strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent program management and coordination skills, with proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Strong reporting skills, particularly in Jira, Tableau, and Excel, with the ability to present status reports to senior leadership and executives.
- Able to coordinate with multiple teams and manage project status updates, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and related activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and risk management skills.
- Able to effectively manage and coordinate with stakeholders across various business units and geographic locations.
- Experience coordinating release activities for large-scale implementations, including creating runbooks, tracking progress, proactively identifying issues, and escalating risks as needed.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 - $104364.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
