Guest Transportation Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
• Deliver guest vehicles to the Guest Transportation lot and return them upon request.
• Inspect vehicles and mark the check off list on the back of the Guest Transportation tickets.
• Record prior damage and issue claim checks to guests.
• Oversee proper placement of vehicle keys, monitor radio traffic requests, and keep the parking lot and valet section clean.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and Class D-chauffeurs license within 14 days of employment.
• Safe driving record and meeting company insurance requirements.
• Outdoor environment, exposed to extreme weather conditions and exhaust fumes.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.
• Lifting up to 60 lbs required.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Physical capacity to operate a shuttle vehicle as determined by the State of Iowa.

Benefits

• Paid daily, weekly, or biweekly.
• Hourly wage of $15, with potential for higher rates including tips.

Schedule

Shift: 10am-6pm

Days Off: Monday/Tuesday

Pay

$15/hour ($20-$22/hour including tips)
